General Provisions and Recommendations:
– Visiting holy places is allowed in modest clothing (no exposed knees or shoulders)
– the company reserves the right to change the order of visiting and replacing facilities, if it is impossible to visit them for reasons beyond the company’s control
– If you cancel less than 2 days in advance – 100% forfeit, if you postpone 50%.
– the company is not responsible for items lost or left on the bus
– For excursions to Bethlehem and Jericho a foreign passport (not Israeli) is required.
– For children under 5 years of age, you must order a child seat in advance.
– The responsibility for having an individual insurance policy falls on the tourist or his agent
– We recommend that you bring drinking water, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen
– group tours in Russian.
Group regular excursions:
– Tourists can wait up to 30 minutes for the bus
– No refunds for those who are late and do not show up for excursions
– the time indicated on the voucher is the departure time of the bus
– boarding on the bus only on presentation of the voucher / boarding pass
– Tourists are required to arrive at the meeting point 5-10 minutes before the specified time on the voucher / boarding pass
– The company reserves the right to adjust the departure time for excursions, which is reported to the tourist the day before
– We do not accept requests for excursions for children under 5 years old, with the exception of Vacation Days and Transfers
– payment for excursions on the bus is not accepted
– It is strictly forbidden to leave the group during the tour
– the company does not sell tours with a list of seats on the bus
