RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF SERVICES

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 A transfer involves the transportation of at least one passenger from the starting and ending points.

Transfers can take any route between destinations offered on the site.

One of the selected points of transportation must be a terminal – airport or city.

The user selects the second transfer point so that the selected point, is one of the proposed destination points, and the correct address must be written in the appropriate place.

1.2 Transfer transportation can be one or two way.

2. INDIVIDUAL TRANSFER

2.1 Individual transfer transportation:

Cars for 1-4 passengers, 1-6 passengers, 1-10 passengers.

Passengers are expected by the driver, who has a sign with the names of the passengers.

The driver transports passengers to a predetermined address.

The price of transfer transportation is made at the cost of the ordered vehicle.

3. TRANSFER BOOKING RULES

3.1 The person who wishes to make a reservation must be of legal age and have a valid credit card.

3.2 Reservations are made via the Internet, and all necessary forms are filled out.

3.3 Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Exception: Transfers can also be booked up to 24 hours before they start, if the Carrier confirms this by e-mail.

3.4 The person who enters the information is responsible for their authenticity and accuracy. Carrier is not responsible for errors in entering information or false information.

3.5 The person who enters the data information for the group transfer agrees to these Rules on behalf of the whole group, is considered the responsible person and is responsible for all the rules.

3.6 The reservation is valid only when the card bank confirms the customer’s credit card and when the payment is successfully completed.

3.7 The Carrier is not obliged to accept the reservation. If the reservation is accepted, the customer will receive a booking message to the previously entered email address.

In the case of booking cancellation after payment, the amount will be refunded in full as soon as possible.

3.8 After paying for the service, the customer receives an e-mail account with all the details of the order.

3.9 Each account contains a unique identification number. This number is used to check the status of the reservation, so that you have the opportunity to change or cancel the reservation, as well as a confirmation of further interaction between the carrier and the customer.

4. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

4.1 The client can change the reservation data at least 24 hours in advance. There is no administrative fee for changing data.

4.2 If the price of the new transfer is higher than the old price, the price is increased by the difference.

If the price of the new transfer is lower than the old one, the overpayment is refunded to the customer.

4.3 Cancellation of the transfer of carriage takes place according to special rules:

– In the case of cancellation of the transfer 48 hours before the agreed date of transfer, the client will be paid an amount deducted by $10

– If the transfer is canceled 24 hours before the agreed date of transportation, the client will be paid the amount with a deduction of $20

4.4 If the transfer is cancelled within 30 days before the agreed date of transfer, through no fault of your own (natural disasters, death of a family member, also illness of a family member, etc.), all previously paid amount is returned to the client.

It is the customer’s responsibility to submit a request to cancel the transfer, with a supporting document indicating the reason for the cancellation.

5. PASSENGER AND VEHICLE SAFETY

5.1 All vehicles used for transfers are fully operational and insured in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

5.2 Compulsory insurance of passengers, included in the cost of transportation.

5.3 Passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other unauthorized means will not be allowed in the vehicle and are not entitled to a refund of the previously paid amount.

5.4 Passengers who by their behavior endanger the safety of the driver and other passengers or other road users will be removed from the vehicle, and they will be reported to the police station.

5.5 Smoking, consuming food and beverages, drugs and alcohol in the vehicle, is strictly forbidden.

In all other cases, the driver or the carrier’s agent makes the decision.

6. DUTIES

6.1 The carrier is responsible for the timeliness of service and professionalism during transportation and compliance with the laws of the State of Israel.

6.2 The Carrier shall honor its rights and obligations in whole or in part to a third party or person, as decided and unannounced.

6.3 All oral agreements between the client and the carrier must be subsequently confirmed in writing (e-mail, fax), otherwise they are considered invalid.

6.4 The Carrier is not responsible for delays during departure or arrival caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic jams, very bad weather conditions, floods, storms, and fires, etc. (forces of nature), and in other cases must compensate passengers for their expenses.

6.5 In the case where the point of departure is the airport, the waiting period for passengers, during which the cost of the service is not subject to increase, is 90 minutes from the start of the Transfer. In all other cases, the cost of the passenger waiting service is determined directly by the carrier and may include an additional fee charged for the time the car is parked in the paid parking lot at the point of departure.

6.6 In case the customer and the driver do not contact each other in the agreed place and time, the customer is obliged to contact the contact telephone number: +(972) 54 797 50 25 or +(972) 54 226 34 02, where he will receive further instructions.

6.7 If for any reason the customer of the transfer cannot be at the previously arranged place before the start of the transfer at the agreed time, be sure to report this to the contact number: +(972) 54 797 50 25, where he can get further instructions.

6.8 The Carrier cannot guarantee the exact duration of the transportation journey. All data about the duration of the transfer is approximate. Passengers who are going to make a transfer to another transport should calculate and leave enough time from the end of the planned transfer until the start of the other transport.

6.9 If the selected means of transport, for any reason, does not suit you, the Carrier is obliged to carry out transportation by another means of transport.

6.10 The carrier is the only responsible person with whom the payment for the transfer is made. No one has the right to make payments on behalf of the carrier or to change the conditions of carriage unless these Rules are expressly stated.

6.11 If the service was not performed, in full or in part, the carrier is obliged to reimburse the paid amount in its entirety. The passenger must provide evidence to substantiate his claims.

The complaint must be submitted within 48 hours.

Unsubstantiated and unlawful accusations will not be taken into account.

6.12 Carrier must review all charges and make a decision regarding them within 30 days.

6.13 In the event that the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, or part of it, for any reason, the carrier must make the refund within 45 days.

6.14 All disputes will first be resolved by agreement between the two parties outside of court.
